UPCOMING ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW
The craft show is coming quickly! September 25 & 26 are the dates for this year. The applications are being prepared now and they should be in the mail soon. They are also available on this website so they can be downloaded and printed any time.
Please remember that all items in your booth must be handcrafted BY YOU - or family members. We do not allow any commercial items or anything that is not handmade. On the back of the application form there is a place to list items you will be bringing to the show.
It will help the jury if you will tell a little of HOW you make your items also.
Computer classes
If you are interested in taking a computer class, we are offering them! Nadine Olson, a SVACA board member, is willing to teach a class on anything: basic beginning computer (how to turn it on and go from there), how to get photos from your digital camera to an email or website, Word, Excel, or almost any other program requested. Please contact SVACA with your interests - what you would like to take, when would be a good time for the class, etc. An evening from 7-9 p.m., or 2 hours on a Saturday or Sunday are options. Cost is $20 per person, and there is a limit of 5 per class to ensure everyone gets the help needed. When we have a class schedule we will contact participants.
